Since implementing the Family Place Libraries initiative in 2025, the Emma S. Clark Memorial Library has evolved into a welcoming and vital hub for young children and their parents and caregivers. We offer a variety of engaging programs for children ages birth - 5 years such as Parent Toddler Workshop, Time For Baby, Baby Boogie, Toddler Tango and Sprouts & Friends. Our children’s area has been transformed through the creation of an inviting, family-friendly space filled with fun, educational toys, and as a result, the library has strengthened community connections and enhanced family engagement.
