The Carrollton Public Library at Josey Ranch Lake is proud to be joining the network of Family Place Libraries. Since our initial training in May 2023, we have been able to redesign our Kids Place to include more elements that facilitate learning through intentional play. Our families love playing make-believe in our kitchen and building together with our manipulatives.
We are looking forward to hosting our first Family Place Playgroup this year. We have been working with local organizations and we are excited for our families to meet and talk with our community resource professionals.
