The parents and caregivers really enjoyed coming to the Play, Learn, and Grow series at the Gates Mills Branch. Here are some comments made by a parent:
“One of my favorite things about the Play, Learn, and Grow program is the presenters and the unstructured play. I have really built relationship with other families and resources because of it. I am going to be sad when my daughter ages out from coming."
Parents enjoy coming to the Play, Learn, and Grow sessions. It has been a cornerstone for community building, which as a librarian is wonderful to see. Each year I have presented this program I have more people coming, mostly because people are excited and bring their friends. It is a small but mighty branch that makes people feel welcomed. Being a Family Place Library has been adored by the families within this small community.
