In 2025, Family Place continued to make a big difference at our library, creating a welcoming space for families with young children.
We hosted our Play & Learn Workshop twice this year, once in February and again in September. Both sessions were very successful, helping toddlers and their parents or caregivers connect with each other and with local community resources.
Our toddler programs remain some of the most popular and appreciated offerings in the Children's Department. Family Place ideas guide how we structure our programs, focusing on play, early literacy, and supporting parents.
Our space continues to be a welcoming place for families to connect, learn, and play in a safe, friendly environment.
We are proud to be part of the lives of families with young children in Brentwood and to continue our work as a Family Place Library.
