Barron F. Black Branch - Norfolk Public Library

The Barron F. Black Library serves a diverse community in a primarily blue-collar, working-class district with an extensive military presence. Our Family Place Library offers resources to the large number of families with young children in our service area, as well as a quiet refuge for play, learning, exploration, and fun.  Since reopening post-pandemic, the Family Place Kid Zone has been a huge factor in helping to increase our visitor numbers.  Family Place helps to make Barron F. Black Library a bedrock of our community!
