Pico Rivera Library is a 16,000-square foot library located in the city of Pico Rivera. It opened in 2013, replacing the old library which was built in 1961. Pico Rivera Library, being a Family Place Library, provides a bright, colorful and welcoming space for young children and their parents. This space includes a collection of books, toys, videos, music and other materials for babies, toddlers, and parents. Being a Family Place Library has had a huge impact on our community as we provide outreach to new and underserved populations while offering high impact programming for parents and their young children.
